Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board. Luke was appointed on November 5, 2007 by Minority Leader Paul LeVota for the term May 1, 2007 through May 1, 2010. The board operates through the Department of Economic Development.

House Bill 1866 : Requires the Department of Revenue to award fee office contracts with a priority given to school districts and charitable organizations over individuals in a competitive bid process (introduced in the 2008 94th General Assembly, 2nd Regular Session)

House Concurrent Resolution 8: Recognizes March 2008 as "Hydrocephalus Awareness Month" in Missouri (introduced in the 2008 94th General Assembly, 2nd Regular Session)
